
Shall we TRI ???🏊🚴🏼🏃🏼 It's a new year and as new goals arise, so does my plans on documenting all that moments on my blog! ✨✨✨ Next 18 weeks I am starting a new project. I will track all training season till triathlon race "AlmiraMan" which takes place in Northern Greece, Katerini, just next to mighty mountain Olympus! 🏔
AlmiraMan is a Half Iron distance triathlon race 🏊🚴🏼🏃🏼which means 1900m🏊, 90km🚴🏼 and 21km🏃🏼 I will be having weekly posts writing covering these subjects every time:
A. Training Schedule I had to do and what I managed to do having in mind I have a full time job and a family with three kids to run!
B. Training details from Polar Flow/Strava
C. Pics from trainings (as much as possible as I am having some of trainings late at night when quick iphone photography has poor results )
D. Nutrition program of the week and what didn't work/didn't go as planned. (Trying to be honest on that)
E. Weekly weight
F. Fitness Test Result from Polar V800 (should be progressing as gaining more fitness)
G. Comments about equipment I use about effectiveness/impressions/feeling of use.
