200km all day cycling to Nemea and back

I had another 200km long ride Sunday of  Jan 28 cycling from Eleysina to Nemea and back.

Cadence sensor stopped working after a shoe kick while stopping the bike.

So how it is like, riding that long distance? Well, time passes faster if you are in a group riding together. And it is a bit more safe, people can help you if something happens to you. Close cycling formation can be real helpful as you will use less energy and last longer before you "hit the wall" or experience energy drainage.

But, I am used in solo cycling as well, getting lost in my thoughts and keeping a comfortable pace without waiting slower cyclists or being vise versa (not as fast as my)
